Seresco Honours Canadian HVAC Firm Kilmer Environmental with “Rep of the Year” Award at AHR

Orlando, Fla. (Feb 6, 2016) – Seresco Technologies, Ottawa, Ontario, North America’s leading manufacturer of mechanical indoor pool dehumidification equipment, named manufacturer’s representative Kilmer Environmental, Mississauga, Ontario, as its “Rep of Year–Canada” at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo 2016) Jan. 27 in Orlando.

The 29-year-old rep firm surpassed the $1-million sales mark with Seresco products in 2015 by amassing a high volume of indoor pool dehumidification projects, according to Ed Carney, partner, Kilmer Environmental, who was presented the award along with Glenn Kilmer, partner.

Kilmer Environmental, which covers the central and western Ontario territory, specializes in humidity control and many HVAC industry members consider the company as the most prolific mechanical indoor pool dehumidifier rep in North America.

After nearly 30 years of selling hundreds of swimming pool equipment packages, Kilmer is quickly carving a niche as a retrofit specialist for replacing indoor pool dehumidifiers that are now reaching the end of their lifecycles. “They are a model rep for us as we continually develop our retrofit sales and marketing strategies in the mature Ontario market,” said Mark Palitza, Seresco’s regional sales manager, who presented the award.
