Midea Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems deliver precise, zone-based heating and cooling with high efficiency and design flexibility. Ideal for mid- to high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and education projects, VRF allows multiple indoor units to connect to a common outdoor system, optimizing comfort and energy use on a zone-by-zone basis.

Heat Pump Water Heater

The Direct-Heating Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) provides consistent, reliable hot water while maximizing efficiency. Its tube-in-tube heat exchanger design enhances heat transfer performance and maintains stable outlet water temperatures.

 

By transferring heat directly to the water, the system minimizes standby losses and improves overall energy performance. The inverter-driven compressor modulates capacity to match building demand, improving part-load efficiency and reducing energy consumption during varying load conditions.

MagBoost Chiller

Magnetic Bearing Chiller

The MagBoost Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chiller compressor is a compact centrifugal compressor integrating magnetic bearing technology, a variable frequency drive (VFD), and a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The system provides oil-free, high-efficiency, and reliable operation.

Packaged Rooftop Units

Midea Packaged Rooftop Units (RTUs) provide a complete, factory-assembled solution for commercial HVAC applications. Designed for easy installation and reliable operation, the units integrate compressors, fans, coils, and controls within a single outdoor cabinet.
